Raeme Evelyn Bosquez-Greer
Raeme has been a passionate advocate for developmentally disabled and at-risk individuals since 1988. She started working with individuals with a variety of unique needs including, developmentally challenged young adults and Autism. As the House Manager of three different homes, she worked with different levels of severity.
Originally from California she worked in vocational and residential care transitional services while attending San Jose State University where she earned her BS in Sociology. She has since developed programs to enrich and educate including arts, crafts, dance, exercise and personal care. She has worked with HMOs, charities, job outreach programs and more to give her participants the best chance of being a contributing individual and being independent. While a licensed foster parent, she adopted two infant girls, who are now amazing young women.
Raeme is the President of Raeme’s Transition Services that assists young adults with disabilities who are transitioning to independent living, teaching day to day skills, job placement and providing support every step of the way as well as holding career camps under the supervision of the management of the site.
She brings an AA/AS from Modesto Junior College and a BS in Sociology from San Jose State University along with Credentials from the University of North Texas that include Autism Specialist, Director, Supported Employment, Job Developer, Job Coach and Program Developer.
Raeme has taught, trained and written successful programs in every position to guide those with special needs to help them integrate and succeed.
